At the Charles Dickens Museum, we want you to be delighted with your purchase; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, you may return your items within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure that all items are returned in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a reversal of charges.

Return Process

  Notify the Museum

  Email our shop team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return to initiate the process.

  Prepare Your Parcel

  Carefully pack the items in their original protective wrapping to ensure they are not damaged during transit back to 48 Doughty Street.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Send your package via a tracked postal service to our London address, keeping your proof of postage until the refund is confirmed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our curatorial shop team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 working days.
